Tina Forte Unites Bronx Conservatives and Republicans with New Campaign Headquarters

On September 7, 2024, supporters from across New York City gathered to witness a significant moment in Tina Forte’s campaign. Members of both the Bronx Republican and Conservative Parties came together for the grand opening of Forte’s new campaign headquarters, an unprecedented show of unity in the fight for conservatism in the Bronx. By opening her doors to both parties, Forte made a bold statement, signaling the dawn of a new era of collaboration between these traditionally distinct groups.

Running for New York’s 14th Congressional District, which spans parts of the Bronx and Queens, Forte is the Republican and Conservative candidate determined to unseat incumbent Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC). Her headquarters, featuring a prominent billboard with her image alongside the names of both the Bronx Republican and Conservative Parties, symbolizes a united front in this highly-contested race.

Forte’s grand opening event was a vibrant affair, drawing between 40 to 50 supporters at any given time over the course of five hours. With music, banners, refreshments, and an energetic atmosphere, Forte mingled with attendees, passionately sharing her mission to bring new leadership to the 14th Congressional District. She expressed her unwavering commitment to unseating AOC and restoring conservative values to the district. There was also an undeniable show of support for former President Donald J. Trump, as banners, shirts, MAGA hats, and chants of “Trump, Trump, Trump” filled the event.

“We need change, especially here in New York,” Forte declared. “Republicans, conservatives, and even some Democrats are on our side. We are going to keep building this party until we win. It is our time to win, and our time to shine. Under AOC’s reign, New York has deteriorated, and we are not going to allow that to continue.”

Forte emphasized the unprecedented collaboration between the Bronx Republican and Conservative Parties, which have worked together to register new voters and convert disillusioned Democrats frustrated with high taxes, rising crime, and failing schools. “The more progress we make in New York City, the more likely we are to win New York State,” Forte said. “I am proud to partner with both the Bronx GOP and the Bronx Conservative Party to open our new joint headquarters. This is not just my headquarters—it is our headquarters.”

Forte’s dedication to supporting local businesses was also evident, as she proudly highlighted the contributions of Master Graphics New York City in designing her campaign’s new signs. “We need to support local businesses because they’re struggling. The Bronx has been forgotten, but not with me here. I have a loud mouth and a big heart, and I am here to fight, fight, fight—just like Donald Trump said!”

Throughout the event, supporters shared their enthusiasm for Forte’s campaign:

Patrick McManus, Chairman of the Bronx Conservative Party, voiced his support: “We need to get AOC out of office. Her progressive socialist policies are destroying not only this district but the entire country. Tina Forte represents the change we desperately need.”

Mike Rendino, Chairman of the Bronx Republican Party, echoed similar sentiments: “The only way for us to win, as we learned in the Marmorato election, is if Republicans and Conservatives work together. We are endorsing Tina and other Conservative candidates because it is our best shot at success.”

Edwinna Herrera, candidate for State Senate District 34, attended in solidarity: “I’m here for Tina. We are in this together, and we are going to win this November.”

Gary Sholkoff, a supporter who previously worked security for Forte, stated, “AOC is killing the Bronx and Queens. We need Tina in office to turn things around.”

Sean DVS 7.0, a Christian conservative activist, added, “AOC is a fake. She is ruining this district, and the only person who can save it is Tina. She is raw, real, and fighting for the people.”

With her new headquarters serving as the hub for her campaign, Tina Forte has set her sights on one clear goal: to remove Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez from office and become the next representative of New York’s 14th Congressional District. This headquarters will act as a center for volunteers, strategists, and supporters, all united in their vision for a stronger, more prosperous Bronx.
